1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to knx8. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and knx8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the knx8 website located at knx8.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and any other betting or gaming products made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating a knx8 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by knx8, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

knx8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, knx8 will provide reasonable notice via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the knx8 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered by knx8.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by knx8 to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device used by a User to access the Platform.
• "Platform" means the knx8 website, its mobile-browser interface, and all associated services accessible at knx8.io.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User from their own financial accounts via accepted payment methods.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and in which knx8 has elected not to offer services.
• "Taka" or "৳" means the official currency of Bangladesh (BDT) in which knx8 denominated balances and transactions are expressed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Minimum Age

Access to the knx8 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. knx8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a User is found to be under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the Account balance will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a knx8 Account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one active knx8 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual using different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, knx8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.4 Account Verification

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, knx8 may at any time request that a User complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting copies of government-issued identification and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, Account closure.

4. Account Management

4.1 Username and Password

Your knx8 Account username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not conducted by you personally. knx8 will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or social media.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You must notify knx8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. knx8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.3 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your knx8 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary Account closure.

4.4 Account Closure by knx8

knx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion where a User has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances may be forfeited. In all other cases, the Real Money Balance will be returned following investigation.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

knx8 accepts deposits from the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services and payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be listed on the deposit page within the Platform. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by knx8, however payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside of knx8's control.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the knx8 Account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, Users should contact the knx8 support team with the transaction reference number for manual investigation.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must be made from financial accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or accounts belonging to another individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending investigation.

5.5 No Deposit Fees

knx8 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, transaction charges applied by the payment service provider (e.g., bKash network fees) are outside of knx8's control and are the User's responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account. knx8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on that Account.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes of submission for verified accounts. Where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced verification check, processing may take up to 24 hours. knx8 will communicate any delay to the User via their registered email address.

6.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

knx8 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Users are encouraged to complete account verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing.

6.5 Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals

Where a User's Account Balance includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement, the unwagered bonus portion is not available for withdrawal. Only Real Money Funds and bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied the wagering requirement may be withdrawn. See Section 9 for full bonus terms.

7. Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on the knx8 sportsbook are final once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and odds before confirming a wager. knx8 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the User.

7.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on the knx8 sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Accepted odds are locked at the time of bet confirmation and are not subject to subsequent revision, except in cases of a manifest technical error. knx8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneously published odds.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at knx8's discretion, including during match delays, technical interruptions, or to protect market integrity. Bets submitted during a suspended market will not be accepted. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under Section 7.4.

7.4 Void Bets

knx8 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned and no official result is declared; (b) the bet was placed at odds affected by a clear technical error; (c) evidence of match manipulation or integrity compromise is identified; (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the User's Account Balance.

7.5 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per market and per event apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Winnings that would exceed the applicable maximum payout will be reduced to that limit. Maximum payout limits are subject to change and apply to all sports including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, football, ice hockey, and handball markets.

8. Casino and Slot Game Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All slot games and random number generator (RNG) based casino games available on knx8 use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG engine and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history, or any other factor external to the RNG. The house edge for each game is determined by the game provider and cannot be altered by knx8 or the User.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer casino games streamed on the knx8 platform are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and are not influenced by software. Users agree to be bound by the rules of each individual live dealer game as displayed within the game interface.

8.3 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a technical interruption during a game session, knx8 will use reasonable efforts to restore the session and preserve the game state. Where restoration is not possible, knx8's records of the game state at the point of interruption will be used to settle the round. In cases where the game state cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

8.4 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the knx8 platform may vary from time to time due to provider maintenance, regulatory requirements, or technical updates. knx8 does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific game title.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional offers issued by knx8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion ("Promotion Terms"). In the event of any conflict between the Promotion Terms and these general Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail for the specific promotion concerned.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the Promotion Terms. Bets placed using bonus funds must meet the stated minimum odds to count toward the wagering requirement.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

knx8 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using bonus funds solely on low-risk bet combinations designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine play activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, knx8 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and close the Account.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds carry an expiry period that is specified in the Promotion Terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice. Real Money Funds deposited alongside a bonus are not subject to bonus expiry.

9.5 Promotional Changes

knx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the Promotion Terms. knx8 employees, associates, and individuals with a conflict of interest are not eligible to participate in promotional offers.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the knx8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or bugs in the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 3.3.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your Account.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting knx8 support to resolve the matter.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the knx8 Platform, including but not limited to the knx8 brand name, logo, website design, software, database structure, text content, and game assets, are owned by or licensed to knx8. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any right, title, or interest in any knx8 intellectual property.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express written consent of knx8. Screen-scraping, data-mining, or any other automated extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, knx8, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game results.

knx8's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

knx8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any specific game, market, or feature will be available without interruption. knx8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or events beyond its reasonable control.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

knx8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. knx8 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processing, identity verification) or as required by applicable law.

14. Responsible Gaming

knx8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, daily and weekly loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time from within your Account settings.

If you believe that your gambling has become a problem, or if you are gambling in a way that is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team immediately. 15. Amendments to These Terms

knx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect. You will not be entitled to any compensation for Account closure resulting from your refusal to accept updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which knx8 is incorporated. Users accessing the Platform from Bangladesh are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is permitted under Bangladeshi law and acknowledge that knx8 operates as an international platform.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the User must first contact knx8 support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. knx8 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
